The Anoka-Ramsey Women’s Basketball team hit the 20-win mark thanks to their fourth straight victory, 77-53 over St. Cloud Tech on Saturday afternoon.
The Golden Rams started slow but turned up the heat in the second half.
Leading by four at halftime, Anoka-Ramsey outscored St. Cloud Tech 25-15 in the third, and 22-12 in the fourth.
Anoka-Ramsey shot 17-22 in the final two quarters after going 10-27 in the first half.
The Golden Rams outrebounded the Cyclones 43-26 and forced 20 turnovers.
Makayla Holten scored 26 points on 8 of 11 shooting and 10 of 14 from the charity stripe, while also grabbing seven rebounds, and dishing four assists.
Alani Pettis knocked down 5 threes on her way to 15 points.
Jordan McMahon tallied 12 points to go with ten rebounds. Bella Kanz had nine points and nine rebounds.
Anoka-Ramsey is 20-5 overall and clinched the #3 seed from the Southern Division in the NJCAA Region XIII playoffs March 2-3.
