Golden Rams Top St. Cloud Tech to Keep Playoff Hopes Alive

The Anoka-Ramsey Women’s Basketball team beat St. Cloud Tech 67-54 on Saturday afternoon.

The Golden Rams controlled the second half after leading by one at halftime to earn the win and stay within striking distance of a playoff spot.

Anoka-Ramsey currently sits in the fifth spot in the Southern Division with the top four teams earning a place in the postseason tournament.

Sydney Kehr scored 21 points to go with 11 rebounds while making 8 of 15 shots from the field.

CeCe Bell (16 points) and Destiny Casey (15 points) provided key contributions scoring the ball.

Anoka-Ramsey sits at 15-6 overall and has four regular season games left.  They trail Western Tech by two games in the win column.  Due to rescheduled games the Golden Rams will play their final four games in the last seven days of the season to try and make up ground.
