Men’s Soccer Beats MN West 7-0

The Anoka-Ramsey Men’s Soccer team picked up their second MCAC win to remain undefeated in conference play, with a 7-0 victory over Minnesota West.

The Golden Rams controlled the game from the outset with Jafaar Abdulrahman scoring the first of his three goals in the seventh minute of the match.

Abdulrahman would add his second goal of the game at ten minutes, and finish off the hat trick in the 58th minute.

Claudy Zau added two goals, with Martin Garr scoring the other two.

Abdulrahman also added two assists, as did Garr.

The Golden Rams had 17 shots on goal compared to just five for the Bluejays.

Anoka-Ramsey improves to 2-1-1 overall on the season.
