The Anoka-Ramsey Women’s Basketball team split their weekend tournament games at the NDSCS Baymont Inn Classic.
On Friday afternoon, the Golden Rams topped Jamestown JV 72-57 behind 25 points from Mariam Alowonie. Alowonie made 12 of 14 field goals while adding nine rebounds.
Sydney Hazuga chipped in 15 points to go with four steals. Jordan McMahon had nine points and 12 rebounds.
On Saturday the Golden Rams faced NJCAA Division I NDSCS and suffered their first loss of the season 57-40.

Anoka-Ramsey shot just 30.2 percent from the field and were out-rebounded 44-36.
Hazuga scored 12 points, and Aolowonie chipped in ten.
Anoka-Ramsey drops to 3-1 overall and travels to Central Lakes on Tuesday evening.
