The Anoka-Ramsey Men’s Basketball team dropped their first game of the 2023-24 season by a score of 66-65 to Central Lakes.
Anoka-Ramsey made two free throws with 19 seconds left for a one point lead before the Raiders scored with four seconds to play to regain the lead. Anoka-Ramsey’s last ditch effort fell just short.
Ibrahim El-Amin led the Golden Rams in scoring with 16 points.
Chaz Franklin scored 13 points, and Yasir Baig tallied 11 points making 3 of 6 threes.

The Golden Rams hosted North Central JV and Northland on November 10-11, but results have not been released yet.
