Men’s Basketball Falls to M|State 75-68

The Anoka-Ramsey Men’s Basketball team went on the road a fell 75-68 to M|State Fergus Falls on Wednesday evening.
Anoka-Ramsey struggled from the field connecting on just 38.6 percent of their shots after knocking down nearly 70 percent in their previous game.
The Golden Rams also committed 23 turnovers to allowed M|State to shoot 49.1 percent.
The Spartans used a quick 6-0 spurt late in the game to extend a one point lead to seven.
Anoka-Ramsey got back within three before M|State salted the game away from the free throw line.
Steven Colon scored 21 points off the bench knocking down 5 of 8 from three. Rodney Owens added 16 points off the bench to go with nine rebounds.
Anoka-Ramsey drops to 10-8 overall, 5-3 in MCAC play.
Next up is another road trip, this time to Minnesota West on Saturday February 11th.
