Men’s Basketball Back on Winning Track with Victory over Western Tech

The Anoka-Ramsey Men’s Basketball team snapped a two-game skid with a 92-84 win over Western Tech on Wednesday evening.
The Golden Rams utilized their size advantage inside to overpower the Cavaliers. Anoka-Ramsey held a 53-33 edge in rebounding including pulling in 17 offensive boards, and Anoka-Ramsey outpaced Western Tech at the free throw line making 19 of 24 attempts to just seven makes for the Cavaliers.
Forward Devin Wade-Henderson returned from injury to score 31 points and haul down 16 rebounds.
Center Anthony Brown scored 25 points on 11 of 19 from the field and added nine rebounds.
Jacob Say chipped in 12 points, while Terrell Fountain added nine points and ten rebounds.
Anoka-Ramsey improves to 11-9 overall, 4-3 in conference, and will host Southern Division leader Riverland on Saturday, January 29.
