“It’s hard to tell how the games will go. The eight best teams in the nation are playing and it is all going to depend who plays the best games.” Dave Alto, Anoka-Ramsey women’s basketball assistant coach.
The Anoka-Ramsey women’s basketball team will travel to Utica, New York for the NJCAA Division III national tournament taking place March 16-18.
The Golden Rams will play against Rock Valley College from Illinois, Roxbury Community College from Massachusetts, Mohawk Valley Community College from New York, and many other Division III schools.
All games will be live streamed through njcaatv.com.
The team’s flight was cancelled on March 14 due to a blizzard, but they are scheduled to fly out to New York at 7 a.m. on March 15.
