For the second time this season Anoka-Ramsey Softball player Molly Gross was named the NJCAA Division III Pitcher of the Week.

Molly struck out 20 batters without allowing a single run in her two appearances inside the circle last week as Anoka-Ramsey won both games on their way to a 4-0 week.

Against Riverland Gross threw a no-hitter with 14 K’s and walked just one batter in a 7-0 win.

Against Rochester Gross allowed two hits, struck out six batters, and had zero walks in a 15-0 win in 5 innings.

Molly is currently third in the nation with 106 strikeouts, and fourth in ERA at 1.80.

In addition to her NJCAA Pitcher of the Week honors, Gross was also the MCAC Southern Division Pitcher of the Week for the second consecutive week.
